Over watering

So I recently started a new 1000w cool tube grow in a 7x5x8 room, I have a 440cfm exhaust and a 440 intake and they are in opposite corners as well to promote air circulation. Well this is my first indoor grow and am having an issue with my new babies. They have been in cloth 5g bags filled with tupur and my leaves are a little droopy, when I say a little I mean the first third of the big fan leaves are drooping. Everything I have read has lead me to over watering....does anybody have any suggestions for me?

Still getting new growth even with the over watering. I'm hoping that since I haven't watered since yesterday at noon and won't water today that they will pick back up

She looks okay to me. When mine were seedlings they would always lift up and down depending on waterings and even my light.

I made a thread like this too, but everything worked out, and I even got some good watering tips.

I make a note on a Callender in my grow room whenever I do anything to the plants (water, ppms, w.e) because I forget everything after a few weeks.

Yours is def better than mine. I can make out everything lol.

It helps me notice the trends and patterns and when they slow drinking. Just sometimes I look back and can't even read that bull.

My humidity always lowers to 48-50% with the light and exhaust running. When I turn on my intake it lowers even more. Every morning when the light turns on I check and my humidity is around 70%
