Overfeeding or underfeeding or lockout?

This feels and looks like a ph issue. I've had veg plants I neglected get the exact same way minus the flowers when I don't keep the ph consistent and don't feed them enough. Literally left them without a water change for 2 weeks. I would take a pic now and over the next 7 days make sure the ph is perfect at every feeding then take another pic and confirm if the plant health has visibly increased.

But isn’t that a sign of advanced magnesium deficiency? It seems like it is from what i am reading and seeing.
Plant deficiencies and lockouts look the same. If not identical.

I would suggest if you're using a reputable nutrient and correctly following the feed chart, it's unlikely you'll ever experience "deficiency". There should be everything the plant needs already in sufficient amounts.
Which does suggest you're experiencing some lockout.

My own first steps and advice whenever something's wrong is to check environment. See if there's anything I'm missing.
It’s an autopot. It never dries and the PH is taken from the reservoir. Thanks for the info though.
Bottom fed?
Does the pot ever drain and can it?
If you're feeding at 750ppm, where does the excess go?
And how damp is the medium staying? (MJ really hates wet feet!)

Thanks for the suggestion. That is the plan. I am going to try and keep up on it. I always seem to have a problem getting the motivation to actually take care of things. I have left them alone since this post. Kind of nervous to see what is going on in there.

I am pretty sure it is because i am not following th chart correctly. Underfed and PH way off. With the autopot system the medium stays constantly moist but not overwatered due to the way the valve works. It fills the tray with some water than closes. The plants than drinks the water and once the tray is on the drier side it opens allowing to refill and repeat. I am not quite sure how the salts work out but i know that they somehow collect at the top because they tell you not to flush with a top watering but instead fill the reservoir with plain water. Also to not water from the top after using the system as it will bring salts into the medium. Lots of people use autopots with great success so i am sure it works out somehow.
