ok so I have two plants both about a month old. From germination I planted them right into the dirt outside. I like to believe I've kept them well watered. (theyre my babies). unfortunately one of them has white spots as you can see. Can this be a cause of too much sun? Lack of Nutrients? The other one I have is faintly smaller and the leaves are turning brown at the tips (I dont have a picture though). Please help.

it looks like aphids or spidermites, there are some pesticides you can use, go check in the plant problems forum. if it is aphids, it shouldnt be too hard to get rid of them... if its spidermites, they are a bit harder. you could try catching spiders and ladybugs and putting them near your plants for an all natural pest control. good luck with it though

bugs take a long time to kill a plant, but the longer you wait the more stress and damage will be done. You will for sure ruin any chances of a good harvest, go get some ladybugs! goodluck

Those are "leaf miners" for sure look them up, I don't treat my leaf miners because they don't damage much. I wuldent worry about it.

I dont see how you think its spider mites, but if it is....don't use pesticides! Just get a spray bottle and mix with a few drops of common dish soap and spay. That will get rid of spider mites, but it doesnt sound like spider mites to me!
