Overwatering?

It seems to be working, I don’t think it’s ambient temperature as the room the closet is in is 60 degrees.
Oops, I meant the ambient temperature inside the closet, not the room its in. When I had this problem, the ambient temperature in my room was 70, but the ambient temperature inside my grow tent was high 90s.

Besides the temperature how do you think I should handle the nute burn and heat stress? How can i help it
To handle the nute burn issue, I can't think of anything other than to flush the pot.

Thats what I meant lol the closet is warm because of the grow light when I have it off the closet becomes the same temp as the room.
So I should flush? and is there any necessary precautions or steps I need to do for the flush since it is a seedling or can I just watch a few youtube videos. can you check out my plant too how is she looking :/ Thanks for the help I really appreciate it.

It's probably hot soil, or hot temperatures, or both. High 90s is too hot for the plant. Watering at that temp will cause the seedling to drink more and FFOF is slightly too hot for a seedling that young. You end up with a combination of heat stress and nute burn. You need to lower your temps to mid 80's or lower.
I had that problem my first few grows as well. I was growing with a CFL, but it still made the inside of the tent too hot (high 90s). I stopped getting that problem when I switched out the CFL with an LED which lowered the temps to around 75.
What kind of LED? I have a HLG 600w Rspec in a 4x5 tent in a room that is 72 degrees. My tent Temps at canopy level get to 82 degrees at 50% power / 30". I have negative air pressure in the tent, I just don't get it. I'm afraid of what my temps will be at 100% power.

Your seedling looks like it might be recovering, so whatever you are doing is working and I would just leave it alone for now.

Just try not to overwater it.

100% too much nitrogen and hot soil. Seedlings need next to nothing. They should be in regular potting soil/peat pellet in a solo cup. With a few holes punched into the bottom.
