I was just looking at the same product--I don't think we need to worry about overkill too much (unless someone thinks it could be dangerous to use this in a small area?).

I know controlling odor is going to be a big issue as well (hello neighbors :) )...I'd rather be on the overkill side, unless someone thinks that could be harmful?

Well o3 is harmful to you and your plants...that is why I use one with an inline duct fan and vent to the outside. I use an Uvonair 8 inch one made for 20,000 cubic feet in a room that is about 1050 cubic feet.

Good thing about o3 though is that is dissipates in 30 minutes naturally...so if you ever have a doubt of whether you have an o3 leak into your room or house just turn the unit off and wait 30 minutes to an hour and it will be safe to enter the room.
