Pa Growers

Alot of soils in PA have an abundance of 2 things which I hate. Clay, and rocks of all sizes. They can be a bitch to dig up.
Anyway, if youre running into a heavy clay soil and you're expecting your plants to grow out of the soil you added and into the surrounding natural earth they probably wil not, at least not well, if it is clay. Dig it up and replace it. I doubt that it will drown your plants unless theyre in a very boggy area.

Got a grow spot! Now i just have to make sure i have blue dream seeds because i need a sativa. Indica's don't make me happy or creative or active in pretty much any way. Sativas for life! lol sorry got carried away. Anybody every do a blue dream grow in pa?
 
I'm south of philly and plan sowing my seeds mid to late April and the water I'n my holes ended up making it really easy to get a fuck ton of that fucking clay out but im slowly working at it....not much time between classes homework and work lol But I do spend very minute I have out at these holes Making them better :) lol pulse I still got like 20-30 holes to go.... Blown hahaha

i fucked my post all up haha

ok heres how preflowering outdoor goes

start seeds
put em out in pots in all day sun especially morning sun
june 21 is summer solstice move the plants to an evening sun facing spot
harvest by late august early september with a WW

it took me 3 months to figure out why...
extending the dark period makes em bud and..morning sun is more intense then evening sun so its like more darkness when you block out the morning sun. if youve ever had a plant or heard of one being stuck in the shade by mistake and finished way earlier this is the same concept only domesticated.

if you dont believe me try it. as long as you picked good spots itll work.
 
Found a new spot to grow some monsters in, well like 5 foot after toping and lsting them, I couldn't tell how well the sun was comming threw but i could see stright up and see no trees lol the only problem with it is that it's kinda near a corn field like 300 feet but I think I'll be fine but who knows I might get some stinky plants this year lol last years didn't smell untill u grabbed a bud
 
You can start them indoors whenever you like as long as you have the space, but I generally don't put plants out until the 2nd week of May. IME I found putting them out any earlier isn't worth the chance of them getting hit with a late frost. With all things being equal, in the end, plants put out mid May will end up about the same size as plants put out April 30.
 
start my strains in mid april inside then after a month they go into the ground running water from natural spring down in a hollow digging holes in mid april adding worm soil to the mix then Dyna grow so everything can settle for 3-4 weeks before the babies go into the ground
 
We got warming weather here for about a week and a half I'm gonna grow some bag seeds in some pots on my back deck and near my barn and see if the live and I can transplant them into their final homes....more of an experiment out I curiosity My daphadiles or however they are spelled are comming in everywhere and a few other plants but still I'm curious cu I had a plant last year that was stuned as a seeding and new got more than 3 inches tall and it survives sandy and a 27 degree frost plus ground hog attacks lol
 
Wow, Here in NE Pa we still have deep frost in the ground. I am jealous. lol. I have started cloning at least to get ready for outdoors, but, I cant put anything outside until late May or the first week of June. I grow them indoors until then.
