We should hold a rally for legalization of cannabis at the National Mall on 4/20.In an election year,and with enough people,you can bet we could be heard.Think about it,let's have a big party,bring your State Flag so we can have a sea of state flags..And we can say "Fuck You !!!to ISIS as well.
