So let's say Feds intercepted a package containing drugs, and then did the whole controlled delivery thing and you get busted, but you don't admit to anything, you claim you have no idea what was in it and that you did not order it, and there's no proof of you buying the drugs (no ties to bank account ect) except them doing the controlled delivery, will the charge be dropped? I've read somewhere that as long as you deny deny deny and stick by your story of not having any idea what was in the package or who sent it, that they cannot charge you with anything, and that they only have a case when they scare you and you admit to it.
How true is this and if anybody has personal exp please share!
