Paid with a CC!!

so im probably being realy paranoid(heard thats a side effect) but i recently purchased supplies for a 1 plant grow running a 400w mh/hps, and some white berry the problem is i used my cc to do this and now im reluctant to start germination b/c im worried about being "traced". How probable is this?I ordered through the attitude so im not worried about that, got my shipment today only took like 6 buisness days. i got my lights today at a hydro store in another county but i paid with my cc. should i wait a few mo before..?

You're fine, but I wouldn't make a habit of using a credit card - I'm several thousand deep into my grow and have only used cash.

Cash tell no tales and leaves no trails.

I forced someone else to buy my HPS, nutes etc. on their card and his front door is still in one piece!

Also im sure the suppliers will go out of their way to withhold this kind of information because if it was known that it came from there records it would be very bad for business.

More chance of getting caught through a loose mouth or smells etc.

Its not unusual to buy a light so dont worry about it.

I like that quote too, but can't take credit for it - it's either Ed Rosenthal or Jorge Cervantes, I forget who.

It's a good motto to live by, though - don't mind using a CC at Home Depot or Wal-Mart for supplies, and do often, but anything that even sniffs like a hydro store I pay nothing but cash - if I need something from online, I pay my hydro guy in cash and he orders it for me.

Another good quote I read is that "there aren't a lot of people sitting in jail who wish they would've been less careful while they were growing".

I don't think I'm gonna get raided even if I put 10 thousand watters on my CC, but since I have the cash I'll eliminate that risk completely.

Why tempt fate?

Thanks alot guys, I appreciate the knowledge. I know cash is king and will not make this mistake again. Getting the paper towels ready now;) I considered calling in and reporting the card lost, any suggestion or let a sleepig dog lie.

one thing i did to throw off any body looking into my situation is I have some very obvious very public hydroponic tomato, cucumber, strawberry. If a cop comes and does a look see that is what they see and hopefully will stop there.
