Don't let the soil get dry with a small plant, keep it moist.
What type of soil are you using, it doesn't look very good (needs Perlite)
It looks like they could use some Nitrogen, so give them some food (a Grow formula), and plan ahead for some better lighting, what you have now is OK for starters, but not much else.
Also drop you lighting schedule to 18/6, the plants need time to rest and it will do no harm.
Good luck

Thanks was told about nitro and added a few days ago my other 2 plants alot better but this one is turning for the worse. I will change my hours back to 18/6 and switch my watering schedule as well as I am already planning a flowering box with lights. Need ideas

My ph level is always 6.5 to 6.8
I would keep it 6-5 and not let it fluctuate you're not watering enough and I agree that your soil doesn't look so great, what kind is it? if you're going to transplant again add perlite

Also definitely more lite going forward as was said above, what are you feeding for nutrients ?

Till my fox farm nutri stuff gets shipped I only have miracle grow, blue crystal stuff. Soil is ocean forrest. Will add perlite when transplant to the 5 gallon containers.

Have you calibrated your pH meter recently?

What I'm getting at is it looks to me like a lock-out, it could not be enough N, but Miracle-Gro tends to green stuff up pretty quickly so.. ?

* given your info I would calibrate my meter, pH plain water to 6.5 and flush the plant with 50 percent run off (I don't do the three times the volume flush, plus you've got enough mud going on with that thick soil, so 50% runoff should do it) and go from there..

When are you expecting your new nutrients? Because a flush will buy you several days you don't have to water, and then maybe you can start in with something more balanced going forward

Yes I have actually bought a 2nd ph meter to make sure. Also I thought the same thing about MGrow as the other 2 plants have grown dramatically in 3 days..

I placed my order about 2 nights ago was processed and shipped this morning so give or take 3 to 5 days. Kinda hoping I get a plan for lights set up in a few days but haven't figured out what lights to get for flowering as I can buy and use pretty much anything if needed. Thanks for the help so far pics attached are the other 2 plants

Have you checked you PH on your run off? Until i got my dirt mixture right i found that even though my ph going in was around 6.5 my run off was around 5.3 so i had to add some lime to the soil to raise ph. Check your run off.

Shit I never thought about that, did that when i just did my flush on the baby and it was only 5.1 and every time I water now I'm gonna keep checking
