Partial harvest?

If there are some buds that need more time to ripen can I just harvest the ones I know are ready and leave the rest? My first harvest so just wondering. Thanks.

Yes, you can take the tops And let the lowers ripen a bit more you get a lik bit more yield and more developed buds
