you have to keep on.1 time deal for that hour or so
if you flush it out, it's out of your system till you smoke again. if you are taking a masking agent before your test to hide your use, then it is a one time deal.
honestly it can be fooled by drinking a bunch of water but once thts done its back to a dirty urine/system so you will need to continue to flush
I was on probation 3 years piss went to the lab all the time not one dirty urine.I would have been in jail if that was the case

If you drank that much water per hour for a day you would DIE!! Your sodium levels in your body would be so low that your cell walls would lose the ability to regulate their pressure through osmosis and could burst, killing your brain and shutting down organs. The adult human body can process about 15 liters of water per day, if you drank that amount in under 3 hours you could easily succumb to water intoxication AKA Hyponatremia
