Patient looking to re apply

I had a medical card I want to say about 4-5 years ago in Oregon.
I've been away for the majority of this time, and am now back in Oregon looking to obtain a card again.
I first must get medical records(have them scattered across the country smh)

three questions though
1. what is a good doctor for recommendation(if this is against rules to ask, let me know and I'll delete promptly)Feel free to private message any suggestions
2. how old can medical records be for recommending doctors to see me?
3. If I plan to grow for myself, I do NOT need to get/pay for a separate growers card/grow location, correct?

1. Depends on where in Oregon you are. THCF, MAMAS are both good places to look. Locations/meetings in multiple locations throughout (the dalles, Portland, albany, Eugene).
2. Medical records up to 3 years old may be used. So doctor seen in 10/2010 is valid until 10/2013.
3. That is correct. You only need to pay for a growing card if someone OTHER than yourself will be designated as the grower. Hope that's what you needed. Good luck.
