is this legal ive heard alot about it lately from ppl saying theyre having a hard time vending so their selling to patients(their not caregivers). idk much about this and ive researched and can find a good answer anyone wanna clarify?

Juss my opinion based on real life experience!:idea:

Unless, your people are operating under the guise of a true collective, that they have formed w/all the documents, protocols, etc, then they will be charged with Felony distribution of Cannabis for profit... :spew:

Depending on the size of the grow the charges could be substantially worse IMHO!:cry:

People outta state think that the War On Drugs has ended in CA!:?

Sadly, YOU only need to look at our over crowded prison system...:o

If ya wanna break the rules in CA I think ya should educate yourself first!:idea:

Truthfully, ignorance is NO DEFENSE!:arrow:

And if ya don't have a true collective working to protect your freedoms YOU cant even plead a Medical Necessity defense in CA!:clap:

o_O.. .you can sell him a paperclip & the weed comes free. Problem solved. I do not sell weed, because everyone I know has or grows their own, legally just like me. So we simply smoke with one another all the time, bring our own buds.. we trade buds all the time.

Unless you are a real jackass trying to make a quick buck, should not worry about giving meds to someone who is legit. DO Not Go To Craigslist, yes ppl do it all day, but there are ppl who do it illegally & get busted all day as well.

I am not brave enough to grow pot expecting to make a living off of it.. it is my hobby <3

i understand what ur saying bro and im not paranoid either i may have misunderstood they way you answered the question you addressed it to growers and i read it as if it was to me alone relax simple mistake and maybe i should have made it more clear on why i asked this i was looking into vending and i seen some ppl talking about this but it just sounded like a regular drug deal to me so i wanted to know if anyone else ever heard of ppl doing it.

ha CL thats retarded i would never go there but i only asked this question cuz ive been thinking about vending and id rather have my bud go to a club and patients then to sell it on the street....growing is also my hobby i love it and dont think i can ever stop :shock:
