Payment for what? I don't have that card, but it's a Visa. It should be good for pretty much anything at least in the U.S. Like if you are talking about paying for state fees, for example. If you are talking about payment to a seed bank it might be a different story.

Okay. Just wasn't sure, never had one and accident signed up for it because my hr person fudged up and pi can't get it removed. What is the deal with the audit thing? I tried asking when she mentioned it but she was running me in circles :/

Sorry, can't help you there. I don't know precisely what a flexible spending account is, or why/how they would audit it. However, it sounds like some kind of debit card to me. In any case, it will be treated like a Visa credit card at most vendors. Even debit cards are put through as credit most of the time. So, assuming the card is in good standing and has available balance to cover the appointment there should be no problems. Just present it or treat it like any other Visa.
