PC Case cfl grow early budding ? 3 weeks

ive been growing 3 plants under a basic cfl setup in my computer case for about 3 weeks now and iv noticed 2 plants are females and the thirs you cant tell yet, iv been LST ing the plants to keep them small, the one is groing thick hairs that look like itss budding? but yea they are on 18/6 and biovega nutes. heres my set up comments please :peace:

looks good, i say go ahead and start 12/12 since its in a pc case. how are you doing with the temps ? im still trying to work the bugs out of my new pc case setup.
