Get ya a 12 volt wall adapter cut the ends, splice together, lectric tape or shrink tube, plug it in. one adapter will power several fans. oh yea, make sure the output is DC not AC. Also one adapter will power several fans. if ya don't have a 12 volt lower voltages will work, just won't spin quite as fast. later

make sure the adapter is unplugged. Cut off the piece that connects to your charger. Strip an inch or so of the wires on the adapter. There should be two wires on the adapter/charger. Now take your pc fan and cut off the piece that connects to the pc power supply. Also strip those wires an inch or so. You should have a red and black wire for the fan and a red and black wire for the charger. Twist the like colored wires together and wrap them up in electrical tape so it is safe. Plug it in and your fan should run. If the colors don't match on the charger and the fan, Just connect one safely, plug in the fan, and touch the other wires. If the fan doesn't run, or runs backwards, then you need to switch the connections.

Also, you can hook them up to lower wattage adapters and they will run slower. Kind of like a speed controller. If you put two fans on one 12v, each will run on 6v unless you hook them up in parallel. If you do it like that you can hook up an infinite amount of fans to the 12v I believe.

I use a 12V auto batery charger for a power supply. Generally the third wire is not used it may be blue, just hook up the red and black and if it runs, cut the blue one off.
