Everything I can think of from having worked on these and the servers is probably not at your disposal. Again, bits, dremel tool, airhammer, drill, rivet puller, epoxy, files (lots of edges sometimes need that, dont laugh), etc.
I've had to use the epoxy quite a few times thanks to cheap bits. Once stripped its cleaner than using a dremel tool. JB Weld is overkill but has used it once when they bought the wrong stuff. Key point there is to weld a cheap bit to the top of the screw to allow for a driver to turn it or a wrench. Or worse case a small nut or thumb-screw if you have them around.
