Hi Guys!
This is my third run in pc grow box.
After two runs in soil (and a LOT of temp, cooling and other issues) I set up a new micro dwc system, I think this time all proceed fine!

My first attempt produce about 21g (dry), second terrible try with 2 plants (I think because a really bad temp/humidity conditions) only 15g dry, they staied very little and started turning yellow after about 15 days (...)

This time plant is looking really good, no over heat signals, nice color and no strange colours over the leafs :-)
I'm quite optimist!

I'm proceeding with LST.

My set up :

Cabinet :
- Pc case 28x45x60 cm
- Milar foils
- 2x 8cm/5volt fans for inside ventilation
- 1x 12cm / 18volt fan for air extraction
- 2L pot + pump
- Rockwool cube
- 2x 8cm fans for inside ventilation
- 1x 12cm / 18volt fan for air extraction

Lights :
- 4x 25watt CFL + 1x 128 blue/red led lamp (15watt)

Nutritions :
- Atami B'cuzz HYDRO NUTRITION A+B
- cow blood fert (I don't now the exact translation :-P )
- GHE Ph Down

Strain :
- Superskunk automatik from Sensiseeds.

Temp:
- min 20,7 °C
- max 27,5 °C

Humidity:
- Min 28%
- Max 40%

looks really cool. i want to learn how to do bubble-ponics in my next PC case, i just got another for $5 that has a quick realese door with a lock on the side and its 19x22x8 inches. so its definitely got the room for it.
I think your grow will look great! :)

I like it.

I dont know anything about hydro.. or soil (just yet)

Seems like a hydro setup would work great in a PC / micro environment

Just Cut my girls from my DWC cab grow, One thing I can tell you is watch out for the roots mine grew into the bubble stones an jacked up the air output. Mine vegged up super quick but flowered hella slow due to roots issue.

I'm subbed on this. I am very interested in micro grows using DWC. Yours looks like an incredibly healthy plant. Good luck!

Looks very nice. Super compact node spacing. Very cool little set up. I am curious on the yield with the LST. Are you going to be running the lights 24/0 the whole time? Subbed

Hi man, I'm going 20/4 light schedule. Without LST it's really impossible to manage the little space of the pc case and I've to adjust the branches every day because they grow really fast (about 2 cm every day in last week).

According to sensi seed infos, the veg stage will require 6 week, I'm actually at day 23, just in the middel of veg stage...I'm a little worried about containing the growth of my baby...

I'm surprised how DWC system is pumping the plant and how will be the harvest too... This is my third run, the first with this kind of set up.

Sincerely

I actually did a micro DWC with CFLs for my first grow. Did 2 plants in a 1 gallon tupperware container. I had a little more space but not much (about 2'x2'x1.5') and ended up LSTing the plants in opposite directions. I got a little over an OZ which I was happy with because I vegged for 1 week from seed. Also this was done in my college dorm room 5 years ago. I have learned loads since and am thinking it would be fun to try a PC box. I can tell its tough to keep on top of the new growth. I do remember that about my micro. Especially when the flowering stretch hits. Anyway moral of the story is: I fell in love with DWC from day 1 for its incredible rate of growth, and have been using that method ever since.
Peace

PS. Your plant looks way better than mine did. I'm impressed.

I'm suprised too!

I think because this time I pay more attention to ventilation, humidity and temp.

My previous run with pc grow box had serious heat and ventilation issues (temp over 32° C!!!)
This time i'm stable between 23 and 28 °C with humidity between 25% - 40%, I suppose this help a lot the plant to grow healty :-P

My wife accidentally unplugged the power cord of vent system...For about 10 hours...

Result : plant roasted (litterally!)

Anyway... I'm glad for the performance of the grow box and the first test of dwc system is really good.

I've started a new run with a red dwarf from Buddha Seed.

Dear lovely plant : R.I.P. :-D

It died with the no ventilation for 10 hours?

It must have gotten hot in there.
When I opened the box:

Temp : 49,7 °C
Humidity : 98%

And the day after the plant begin to die. Leaves turned brown and falled down and so on :-)

It's a Pc grow box...No ventilation, no life! :-D
