OK so this has been going for about 4 weeks now, I've just always been too lazy and stoned to post it all up.
I have 4 weeks worth of pictures and info to get in here so its gonna take me a few posts. Just be patient
So it all started 4 weeks ago when I lost my job, but that's a different story..
I had this old computer sitting around not getting used, so I decided why not? stripped the lot out of it, saving all the fans of course. There were 4 in there which was perfect.
Got hold of 2 Chocolate Chunk clones from a partner in crime (nicely rooted in rock wool for those who want to know)
I had already spent some time gathering pots etc. For the first couple of days, as you can see, they were in small round pots with some nice soil. I originally planned to put them in separate pots but i found a rectangular reservoir type pot with was the perfect size for the space i had. (a minuscule 50cm x 40cm x 20cm)
The pot did need trimming down by about 5 cm to squeeze in, and the decorative lip around the top had to be removed. But a bit of silicon sealer soon sorted it out.
The Good Stuff.
The soil i chose was some 'citrus fruit soil.' It came pre mixed in small bags (needed about 3) with perlite and peat, slightly acidic, etc.
They have had a wide array of lights, mostly stuff i wired up myself. ranging from 1x 125w with 2x 10w, moving on to the 125 + 4x 60w, then downgrading to 6x 60w.
I water them once every 2 - 3 days, only around 500ml - 700ml at a time, never been fed a full litre at once.
Using Doff rose feed around once a week, very small doses, only 1 - 2ml in the water. Although i have just got hold of some 'Explode' from an associate and am eager to see how this will help the girls.
I vegged them for only around 3 days in the cab before flicking them straight to flowering (12/12) We're now on day 27 of flowering (started 12th july) and things are getting pretty tight as you're about to see.
They've needed quite a lot of maintenance to keep them growing safely, lots of string and wire tying different bits down!
Anyway.... time for the pictures. Any questions feel free to ask, I'll try and explain as well as possible as I go.
1st couple of pics are the box itself, with old arrangements of lights and fans, fans are now both are the top blowing across the lights, one intake two extractors all hooked up to 9v dc chargers.
next couple are the plants at day 1, no training, separate pots, fresh from the clone box.
then the last couple should be day 1 / 2 of flower with the initial training.
Enjoy!
