My plants are stressed pretty bad. It's my first time growing indoors using my apartment closet (pics below). I definitely think it could be pH stress, I had a landlord inspection notice so I had to drop my plants off at my friends house to set up for a week. While they were there my friend Fed them ****ing nutrients every single day and the wrong solution too (while they were young) even though I told him multiple times only nut every 3-4 days and use a tiny amount less that indicated on bottle (idk why he did this..). Anyways, do they look save-able to any experienced growers on here? How should I go about saving them?

-So far I've had them back in the grow room for 5 days watering them with fresh cold water every other day/few days to try and rinse out the excess nutrients form the soil and hopefully filter the toxins out of the plant itself? Is this the correct way to save plants from pH stress? Or do I have something completely different here? Thanks for any help

-Some quick things I didn't mention about my setup: (1000w HPS, 400w MH switching on and off)(T5 high out put)
(oscillating fans-one directly blowing into HID hood)(One heavy duty inline fan that sucks out the hot air though a custom opening at the bottom of my closet door..the rest of the closet is sealed with mylar..yes its ghetto)

-Nutrients: Age Old Grow products (very good nuts) Blackgold soil and 3 gallon air pots.

Way too many nutes. Slow down - just some rain water and after a couple weeks start with 1/4 recommended dose of some general Miracle Growth type nutes.

Ok thanks so you would recommend to keep feeding them fresh cold water until they have healed? How long? And if I did feed them mild dosage of nutes would they be able to handle it in this condition?

Forget the nutes! And no cold water - make it room temp. A couple weeks after they start recovering and then you can go very slow on the fertz - maybe 1/4 strength until you get some substantial flowers going and then you can feed them more.

Looks to me like an oven for those girls? Temps?
It's always cold in my room so I don't have to worry as much! stop watering for 3-5 days. Lets those roots repair themselves.
I also use luke warm water.

The damage was done and the new growth looks good. Alot of that looks like over watering damage. TRy not to over water. Before you add nutes....When was your last transplant?

Well, the plants really do not look bad.when look at them I think of PH and seed resistance.I received a package from some African guy(Afghan kush & Tropical berry) really strong strains.good germination rates.Am peculiar of these strains cuz ain't seen them anywhere in US...
