Peat Pellet?

Good day mates ! Wanted to get an opinion on peat pelletsAnd whether or not I could insert them in hydroton a grow from there. The system would be a DWC. Not the most experienced but I can't come up with a reason why I couldnt.

Guess it would end up in the nutrients right?

Yea it would get kinda messy after the sheath begins to deteriorate. Those little chunks of peat would likely get into your res, plus there are biologicals in the peat you just might not want in a sterile res. When I was fooling around with peat pucks I would always use them to start seeds for soil grows. For hydro I use Rapid rooters or Rockwool cubes.

I've used them with hempy....work as well as rock-wool IMHO

Thanks but 1, I dont know what hempy is and 2 I'm goons go with rapid rooters. Thanks though.
