PEAT pot help

hey i am just wondering if peat pots are ok to put directly into a bigger pot for an indoor grow. i have read that it is, but it seems like there would be stress for the roots to grow out of the pots containment. should i transplant directly or take the roots/soil out of the peat pot and then transplant?:confused:

Just transplant the whole jiffy pot. I use them and the plants do just fine with it. Its really quite seamless.
