And you DO need to compete, just like everyone else has to. Who the hell in her right mind will just take your word at being such a prize? Prove it. Walk the talk.
Anyway, recently, there were 2 girls I went to high school with whom asked me to hang out. One has a boyfriend and drove down to where I am, the other has a husband and flew up to where I am. I can safely assume both are attracted to me because I'm good looking, confident, and we've connected in convo a few times.

Friendliness does not equate attraction or desire. "Hey, let's hang out" is not code for "I wanna hook up and do the Horizontal Bop with you."
