People using my Trade marked Collective name!

Iv found a medical dispensary using my trademarked corporate name now.
Also a pharmaceutical manufacture in China and India!

One guy has the same name but spelled one letter different,

IM KIND OF PISSED as it cost me a fortune to trademark my name and collective.

Anything I can do?

Get a lawyer and sue, you most likely can't do jack shit to the Chinese, but the collective you can, even if its spelled just a letter different you can sometimes win.

What i'd do if I was you is send the USA guy an invoice for any amount you want and say I didn't approve a franchise but here is our fee. Pay it or change your name. they have to be engaged in the same or similar type of business as yours and directly competing for the same customers. If you are a Flower shop and they are a shoe company there is no case. But if you are an established <-- thats key, business, Jay Trinity Farms and Horticulture and then along comes Jay Trinity Compassion Club, well you have yourself a great case to go into court with. But in the process of proving that they are providing marijuana to patients as well as the sale, acquisition and delivery of their medicine you have also given those people in that collective a possible prison sentence because you have just given the Feds all the reasons to go after that compassion club on RICO charges.
You arent fucked on China, it will just cost a little more to go after them once you find a lawyer that specializes in international law and business and one that wont laugh you out of the building.
