Perfect environment?

If my leaf blade sets go 3 to 5 to 7 to 9 and then possibly 11 leaf blades. Does this mean I have a somewhat perfect environment for them?

In my opinion the number of leaves is purely genetic. If I'm wrong I hope someone will correct me.

You're correct. Its the genes.
You will know the when you have the perfect enviroment. Your plant will tell you.

It's the genetics but also letting you know you arnt stressing it out. As long as I got more then 5 I look at it as good. Ive had 11 last grow but stress them out this so I got 7, 8 and 9. And yes the plants will def. Tell you when they are Perfictly happy.
