perlite question

Ok i was at lowes and thought of picking up sone perlite.

But this bag was miracle grow perlite and t was lite as shit.

So my q is that how perlite is supposed to be or is that like a fine version

perlite is lighter than it looks, IDK bout MG perlite tho, as sickstoner said, as long as it just perlite and no nutes, id say its fine.

it doesnt matter if it has nutes in it .....its not going into ur shrooms.


You are just using it as a medium to store water and make ur chamber humid.


There will be a layer of foil ( like a circle a little bit bigger than the cake ) that will provide a barrier from the base of the cake to the perlite.


it should be fine man.
