Pest help and leaf discolouring

So I’m seeing a lot of white specs on my leaves and some tiny tiny green bugs on the undersides of the leaves. Also the very occasional white fly. I’ve used neem oil maybe 4 times in the last 6-8 weeks. This hasn’t fixed the problem unfortunately. Also seeing a big fade from dark green to light green in some areas.

any help much appreciated

Citric acid. Kills on contact usually. Use as a preventative as well. Not seeing discoloration that looks abnormal.

thanks so much for getting back to me. I’ve purchased some predator mites online (Montdorensis), hoping that clears things up.
