Don’t think they’re causing any damage to plants, but I don’t like them. . . Don’t look like fungus gnats or thrips to me

that’s a tough one

If you can get any closer clearer pics I may be able to identify but it’s very difficult from that picture.

My guess is Leafhopper...i have them. Beautiful colored bugs.

I agree but hard to say for sure and if it was leaf hopper you would see visible signs of feeding as they leave behind golden circles of discolouring in the leaves.

After looking through my loop they actually do look like thrips in the propupa stage, it’s odd because I haven’t seen any adult thrips. I’ve being using Mammoth Cannacontrol but apparently I should increase strength
