Pest identification. . .

Don’t think they’re causing any damage to plants, but I don’t like them. . . Don’t look like fungus gnats or thrips to me

that’s a tough one

If you can get any closer clearer pics I may be able to identify but it’s very difficult from that picture.
 
After looking through my loop they actually do look like thrips in the propupa stage, it’s odd because I haven’t seen any adult thrips. I’ve being using Mammoth Cannacontrol but apparently I should increase strength
