Pest problem solution

Hi guys, I’m having pest problems and I’m already using neem oil on the leafs top and bottom, my question is can i spray the dirt with neem oil also? Because these things are in the dirt also, using ff ocean and happy frog. Came across these glue board, can i place them in the tent?

Yes you can do a soil drench with neem

Any pics of the pest,im assuming fungus gnats with ffof. If so check your watering practice and make sure your not keeping extra soil anywhere near your grow

Some topdressing of gnatnix, DE or similar is in order as well
