pH drops like a rock daily!

Hi guys, this is my first post, maybe someone is able to shed some light on this issue.

I've been a grower for the past 5 years and always managed to find a solution when pH is increasing or decreasing, HOWEVER in this particular grow I am completely out of ideas of what is causing such issue.

Basically pH drops on a daily basis from 5.8-6.0 down to 4.1-4.4. This issue starts after 4-6 hours when I pH adjust the water or replace the water completely is stay stable for that amount of time and then boom starts to decrease 0.1 at a time until it stays fixed at 4.1-4.4.

So my setup -

x2 Green Gelato & 6weeks old (veg)
DWC with RO water
x2 spider farmer sf-4000 @100% intensity 18-6
Full range of ghe nutes
Chiller set at 18c
Tetra airpump pushing 300l/hr

Solutions I tried which didn't work -

Increase/decrease nutrients
Increase/decrease water temp
Increase/decrease air temp
Increase/decrease humidity
Increase/decrease ppfd or height of the leds
Added tap water 75/25 ro (pretty bad at 1.6ec straight out of the tap)
Added baking soda
Added pH up
Reduce air pump flow
Active carbon in the res
Cleaned all pipes/chiller and res from residue

Solutions I'm currently trying today

Reduce light intensity

Solutions I will trying if it doesn't work

Replace nutrient brand to plagron/Advanced hydro
Replace the airstones to new smaller ones

Any possible help you can provide please go ahead as I'm out of ideas what it might be

Amazed that your plants are still alive with a swing like that and going that low. Too much air usually causes an upward PH swing, not down. I would see if some CalMag doesn’t help stabilize things a bit more until you can figure it out. Are you able to manually check the PH to make sure your readings are correct? I’d try different nutes for sure. Good luck! :)

I know it might sound crazy but how old are the buckets? A buddy of mine just had this problem and someone told him his buckets were too old and he switched out his air pump and he hasn’t had a ph issue since.
