PH issue or overwatering?+rep for help

Do you have holes in the bottom of those cups?

yea i do.they drain well.i just dont know what this problem is.my ph is high and i dont know how to lower it or the ph meter i bought sucks i only paid 20 bucks for it so idk.but it says 7.2 to 7.4 depending on the plant.i just want to save my AK because that strain sounds mighty tasty to me lol

There's lot of other advice you would benefit from right now based on what I'm seeing, other than worrying about the ph levels on a seedling. Your 1" deep of dry soil rule doesn't really apply to small containers like these. There's a need for more water, but not more often, and so you need larger containers. The light hue looks like you have them under HPS bulb, but hard to tell, could be a heat lamp for all i know.

In regards to ph, just make sure what you put in is already balanced. You could better serve these plants by improving their overall environment, ventilation, temps, humidity, etc. Ph comes a little later, but as I said, keep what you put in it balanced and you won't have near the issues - a preventative approach.

I have them under a 400 Watt HPS
The temps dont go above 82 or below 70 at night.ventilation is really good!humidity idont know but i have a humidifier i can use if need be.so does my AK47 look overwatered?underwatered?

Two out of three look fine. THe one with curling leaves could be bad genetics or overfertilizing. Usually seedlings do just fine in inert media for 7-10 days before they need fertilizer, and maybe the miracle grow soil it too hot for seed sprouting.

Think of a 400w HPS as steak, and your plants as 2 year old kids. Too much intense lumens of light. Plants can handle a lot of light pressure (lumens) but there are two conditions that they do not like in terms of 'a lot of light'.
1/ when they are young which yours are
2/ when the container they are in cannot block light from reaching the roots which yours cannot.

Root temperature is another factor in such small containers under a big light like that. Stems and leaves can take a real beating in an adult plant, but roots, no matter the age of the plant, need to remain cool. In your average pot the air temps can get up to 85 even 90f around the foliage without hurting the plants too much, because the root temps will still be 70ish. In cups that size if the air temps are 85, the roots wont be that far behind.
