PH Run Off Help, :-)

Hey guys and girls, my inexperience is definitely not helping me here.

Anyways, I've been PHing my feed this entire time but never did a run off test, ever.

So upon finding some good reads about it yesterday, did one, water was yellowish/orange, PH was insanely below 6 or just simply unreadable with my water test kit due to the discoloration.

Flushed flushed flushed, 3:1 ratio, still discolored and amazingly low after flushing with 7.2 water.

Any ideas?

Keep flushing, you need to bringing up the ph. I wouldnt feed with anything over 8.0. Keep your run off in a 6-7 scale. You want your ph to be as close as possible to what you initially fed.

Will do, I'll just keep flushing with straight water at 7.2 then? Since its so low now?

yeah thats fine, no nutes. Low ppm of course. It takes me at least 5x the container size to make a change.

Nice, I figured 3:1 would be enough, that's alot of water o_0.

Well I've flushed it out man, a shit load, the PH will NOT rise. Onto dolomite lime?

The water is clear now, instead of some toxic color...
