can i use a pool water/ph tester for my plants water?????

theyre pretty hard to determine the actual ph level tho

I use a digital ph pen which is made for pools or any water.They cost about $28 delivered from ebay and will measure to the hundreths of a point and can be calibrated if needed

FF, How often is the cal needed? Time? # of uses? or just when the initial reading doesn't seem right?

If you do it before every feeding there is less chance of error.

I check my ph pen about every 3 months just to make sure Im on point.I have calibrated once in 2 years with this one as it drifted about .5 ppm

Might get one once I get working again. This 4 weeks off is getting old.
