pH too high.. flushed??

My pH was way too high (i think) for my plants first 2 weeks of growing.. it is day 15 now since I put the germed seeds in the soil, I transplanted them into their permanent containers about 5 days ago and they got the first pHed water then. They all have some problems, twisty yellowish leaves.. stunted growth. I got a liquid pH kit and managed to lower my tap water from 8.5 to around 6.5 (its hard to tell with the liquid test) Today I poured a lot of water through the plants, till a whole lot drained out the bottoms of the pots in hopes that it would correct my pH issues (the runoff was cloudy). Some of the plants fell over when watering and I noticed that their stems are quite long and bent under the soil, probably from me piling new soil around the stems to support them. They are in FFOF.. my question is, will they recover from overwatering? Will all the nutrients in the soil be lost because of the flushing? I dont think they aren't under enough light, 250w MH and a 125w CFL (theres 8 plants). But I am hoping they will at least survive till my 400w shows up (its gonna be 2 weeks or more because HTG is in the process of moving) any advice? I still dont know if pH was the cause of my problems, but it is the only thing I can think of besides maybe the fan blowing directly on the plants. Some of the plants even have mutated leaves that instead of seperating into 3 leaves, grew into one large leaf with 1 small one. I attached pictures, but they are all droopy in the pictures because I just watered them before the photos. I didn't take pics of all the plants, just the larger ones, there are 2 runts that have barely even started on their 3rd set of leaves after 15 days. The pics make them look greener than they really are, most of them have almost like a pale yellow camo all over the leaves.
