Phalaris Grass Extraction

anyone have a good tek for phalaris grass extraction??? cant find a detailed tek anywhere with like the ammount to start with and the dosage ammount you end up with

How much grass do you have to work with, and what species is it? Arundinacea, Tuberosa, etc.?
