Basically looks to me like OG Kush x GDP with a little F1Durb, Green Crack, and ChemD thrown in for good measure.

Although at a simple level you are correct, to be absolutely comprehensive, "genotype" refers to the collection of genes in the plant, ie its DNA content. "Phenotype" really refers to any trait expressed by the plant; it doesn't necessarily have to be ones you can see with your eye.

For example, cannabinoid ratios aren't readily visible, but these are certainly part of phenotype.

Other important phenotypic traits that may not be visible or easily visible include terpene profiles and other components of scent and flavor, heat or cold resistance, mold resistance, pest resistance, and tendency to make hermaphroditic flowers. Times to sexual maturation and flower maturity also probably fit here.

Looks to me like a lazily-bred polyhybrid trying to cash in on several "flavors of the moment".

Which isn't to say that this can't be good. . .or at least throw off some really good phenos. . .but this is what, an unselected cross between six lines, at least four of which themselves are unstable hybrids? Is this what passes for "breeding" nowadays?

yea i wish i got those freebies when they were available...

i got me 6 or 7 phantom cookies in flower at the moment. quite a range of pheno types as expected. only a few weeks into flower so they are just starting to get there smells. il get some pics when I'm not so busy.

they are definitely the healthiest plants in my room. good strong growers. so far vigor has not been an issue with anything i get from GDP.

i found 1 keeper female in 5 seed pops of phantom cookies, it is overall the best strain ive grown (ive grown nearly every top shelf strain thats gone around in clone form). The pheno i found has vigor, weight, smell, taste, and stone. Huge rock hard dense buds glistening in crystals, it smells of a good balance between phantom and bay 11 (tropical berryish, you can taste every strain (ive had them all individually). you can taste bits of cherry pie, bay 11, and the platinum og. Visually it looks like cookies, but on steroids. the high is a good hybrid, its clear enough for daytime use, but the body buzz is enough to smoke before bed time. its just overall good fkn meds and at the top of my list. the candyland is good stuff too. the only difference is theres no cherry pie in the candyland genetics (from the phantom). i have the clone version of candyland and its much different. extremely frosty, smells like sweet og, taste like sweet og. it has the fuel/diesel type taste but really really smooth with a pinch of sweet coffee/chocolate in my opinion. but the candyland is really good daytime meds, it is uplifting and kills anxiety and really boosts the mood.

looking past the honesty of ken and his team (eveyrone is on different pages in my opinion) it doesnt change the fact that these good genetics are available should somebody need them outside of a legal state where these cuts are readily available. I got 2 females from my 5 beans of phantom cookies, 2 differnet phenos. one pheno was the keeper, the other was more sativa dominant, it looked to need id estimate around 12 weeks of flower. it smelled much more subtle almost like a pumpkin cookie, it didnt pack on the crystals but i chopped it at 9 weeks. i think had i let it run longer it would have performed a lot better i just dont run strains longer than 70 days and if they dont fit that window then im not interested. but it had purple stems, purple hues on the bud, it was very dense and heavy yielding also.

i found a legendary bay dream outa 4 freebies i got. 4/4 female. 2/4 indica 2/4 sativa. 1 of the indica's was amazing. i tried cloning it and i got roots to pop but they went dormant due to light getting into my cloner (my guess anyway) so i lost her. i will run some bay dream someday to get her back, which is saying something cause there isn't many that i wish i still had. it really was a special one. 6 oz yield of some top shelf nuggets.








beyond that whole dishonesty issue is a pile of good genetics.

the whole dishonesty issue feels blown up a bit too. it wasn't the cut bodhi breeds with, his appy male. apparently it was a female cut he's hiding away? i get the whole calling one thing something else being bad but i think the vibe in the forums is more like GDP took bodhi's main breeder and lied about it. all in all it feels more like a slight at H & L then anyone.

idk everyone sucks and does dumb shit at one point or another. if i wrote people off for things like this then i literally would have no one left to talk to lol. thats what people do. greed gets the better of us at some point. just try to handle it gracefully and make it right and hopefully learn from your mistakes.

me personally, I'm putting GDP genetics on probation. a non reporting, no restriction probation mind you. as long as they dont do anything stupid or get caught in any more lies then il be more then happy to continue doing business with them.

Yeah, I don't see ken coming on the forums blasting everyone though. Swerve on the other hand likes to do that and has proven continually that he has no respect for anyone not even himself lol.

every time i sit down to buy some CC beans i end up buying something else for that very reason.

Ahh... from seed to smoke takes so long I am like 3-4 weeks from finishing most of my first run of 70 seeds. (first run under leds)

i just switched to 2 grow bags for my seedlings. gonna cut down veg to 1 weeks or so and bloom out tiny plants. i cant be messing with piles of losing phenotypes anymore my patients dont appreciate it very much.

I agree, I am going 1/2 gal grow bags for the ones I don't have tested. 1 gal or 3.5 gal for the tested.

at 1st i didnt like 1 gal bags but im starting to get god results as they finish. hope i can get a zip per...
