Did I say it was only for attorney fees? Nope. I am saying that someone operating a storefront co-op in AZ has a fuck ton more expenses than a dude working from his Honda and cell phone. On top of that, you have to deal with inevitable legal hassles by making yourself public. If you don't prepare, you're going to fail.
Look, I don't like the prices any more than anyone else. I just know what it takes to run a business. Bash Bill for being a dickhead all you want, but he and the people like him are paving the way for other people in this state. If a court were to rule in their favor, or any of the other clubs for that matter, it would help open up the market and increase competition because people would follow their model.
