Phosphorus or Potassium Deficiency or am I completely off?

Hi all - I've got this girl currently in flower (Destroyer - full Sativa) and getting a pretty bad nute deficiency it looks like.

I'm not sure if it's P or K that's lacking.

The medium is an organic notill soil mix from OGS and last week I spread some additional dry nutrient kit from OGS along with a bit more alfalfameal over the top (I put alfalfa meal over the top of the medium after the first few weeks as well of the grow as well) but still no improvements.

Anybody able to help diagnose and any ideas on how to get the nutes she needs in her system asap since she's getting well into flower? I was thinking some sort of tea/foliar spray would be my best bet.
can put up more pics if needed

Thanks in advance all

don’t do foliar tea or spray. your plant looks tiny is there a particular reason for that? destroyer is finicky gal i’m doing my 3rd grow with her and i still havent dialed it in yet and getting deficiencies and stuff. that plant is not for newbies.
it just wants much extra attention in flowering and low N but high P a nice aerated medium but constant moisture and definitely like some epsom along the way but as i said your plant is very very small so i wouldn’t throw more nutes at it.
i suggest you top dress with soil, no nutes but just organic soil. my gals do better when they can stretch out a bit when they get unhappy.
also that destroyer is nothing like mine this is cannabiogen stuff right?
i’d actually just let this finish without screwing with it too much and try again from clone or seed and again and again till i get it right (which is what i’m actually doing for the last 3 grows lol)

Looks rough. What is that on top? Is it rice hulls?

Soil looks really dry too.

I'd do water only until you figure it out.
