considering buying a phototron#9 does anyone out there have any info on these things ? they look cool but would like to know yield potential 21''x21'' x51''ht. seems like not much grow area for 36.ooo lumens the light tubes are vertical& would probably promote bud growth most of the woy down the plants any info appreciated

Yea my pops had one. Got rid of it cause of the wife. I dont know what # he had but he had one abut 4 ft tall and grew 2 monster plants in it. Worked perfect. You have to buy the special light adaptor for flowering though because those cfls wont do the trick. Once you got that flowering light your all set buddy.

phototron and aerogarden are a waste of time for growing large amounts of bud

true but if you get the right equipment put into that little grow room then you can grow a hell of a nice plant for personal use. You dont need huge amounts of pot at one time unless your planning on selling it.

or if you smoke alot of weed. my last indoor harvest was a lil over 2 oz dry and one month later it is all gone.

i am also looking at a 400.w hps/halide organic kit from htg supply is a lot cheaper & if i can get a harvest or 2 maybe i can upgrade from there the phototron seems cool because it;s self contained in one unit it now comes with 2 sets of lights maybe i could run more than1

Yea what I would do it use the phototron for vegging plant and then move the plants into a different grow room with some LED or HID lights are really good.

I got a question about these things...do you know what that speacial flowering adapter for flowering is called..... ??
