picking out a 250W hps

So i went on the best deals thread but i couldn't find any 250W hps deals. I'm 9 days into vegging and i better pick my flowering bulb out now before its too late.

I need to pick out the ballast,fixture,and bulb. If anyone would like to help :)

www.insidesun.com best deals your gonna find. 80 bux for a 250 watt hps. i have used that same light for years... now im on bigger things, but at 28500 lumens a 250 watter is not at all bad. might wanna go with a 400 though...but reall a 1000 watter!!!! lol

Well the other thing is i want to get the highest lumen per watt HPS setup i can find. I seem to remember Osram makes a 250W that produces 33200 lumen. If you go to THIS link you and click for more details about the bulb you'll see it. Thats 5000 more lumen for the same amount of power. If i bought a kit with a lower class bulb could a just buy this Osram bulb and put it in later?

yeah but how much more money does that light cost???? if its a good deal more just get a cheap ass 400 watter!!!!! 50k lumens!!!!!!

Yea, but then theirs the matter of hiding your electric bill. Which means for me, higher efficiency is worth a price hick. But back to a core question, if i buy that 80$ kit you talked about. Could i just put the osram bulb in there later? Cause if its only like a 30$-40$ bulb then ill spend it for 5000 more lumen without raising the power consumption.

I got mine free old factorys use them all i did was buy a 30gbp hps bulb and a metal halide bulb they plugged straight in yes i got the correct watt for the ballast but free yo can not moan

Hmmmm, They must've raised prices.It was there a month ago when I was shopping for my light. I got a 250 watt MH setup with a 220 watt hps conversion bulb for $100 from insidesun. They sell on ebay too. link

i looked the whole site and 130 is the best deal... i would get i diy ballast/cord for 25$ get 2 150 watt ballast for 50 and run 2 150s..
