Pickled carrots

I have to try pickled carrots now...

This is the first I have heard of this technique and I am excited. A whole new area of medibles to enjoy and pickling is within anyone's capabilities. Thank you so much for not only doing the experiment but for sharing it here for everyone to enjoy.

I've had amazing Kale salad, sesame oil garlic... considering the infused oil-vinegarette as Pps mentioned, must be a gd wY to go w cookin of all sorts. I've gotta figure out how to reproduce that kale salad, but now w correct 'dressing'. thin sativa leaf could prolly be marinated in special vinegarette and/or diced... even lightly grilled too and added as Hi-fiber veggie.
