some are probably about that, others are in much wider pots. Dont know the exact measurements though

11x11 pots take 11 L,

a 600w will do a 3x3 area nicely, so if you got 3x3 1 ft sq pots in a square of 9 thats one 600w lamp, you can do it with 400's and lose some intensity which will effect light penetration.

your plants are real nice btw, no offense caused, I just see that your not gonna get the returns relative to the amount of light you are using.

thats 16 11inch square pots as part of a hydrosystem, that takes up a 4x4 area which you can run with 2 600s.

just to give you some ideas

they look to me like 3 oz a piece roughly, its hard to say, in the group shot they look bigger, but on the 3 pics of individuals, the bud doesn't look like it goes that deep. Nice big fat colas though, which is where most of your weight is gonna come from.

cheers mate is there anthing i can do to get better yield using that kind of light

everything is relative, think of it as a maths equation.

the factors to consider
type of plant you want to grow, sativa or indica
how you want them to grow, you can get 20 plants in the same space as 10, if you don't let them do side branching. If your just growing the cola then you can have them much closer under the light, so you get less per plant but then more plants.

If you want less plants but the same yield, then you have to veg them for longer and promote side growth and give them a little bit more space. but then you have to factor in the time to achieve this.

You can't break the laws of physics so its nothing more than maths to figure out how to improve.

what I would do if i were you, would be to have the lamps in a square formation, increase the gaps between them because there will be a slight overlap of the lamps which will give you more coverage allowing either more plants in or less but much bigger plants in.
