Have you looked at the trich's with a microscope? Some of those look like they could go a bit longer.

It not ready two weeks at least

If you do not have a microscope, one good way to tell if it is ready is the color of the pistils, or "hairs".

A general rule of thumb:
You want most of them to be orange, and they should be receded more into the bud.
