pics of mold on buds while drying?

Just wondering if anyone has a link to what mold looks like on buds that are drying after harvest. Mine have been hanging for the last 36 hours and I checked on them this morning. They are all noticably more coated with whiteness, but its not a fuzzy whiteness like ive read mold would be. There is also smell coming from them other than the grassy smell you get from harvest. Though the grassy smell isnt as grassy as when it was when harvested.

Do buds get a more crystalized white coating when they dry and cure? Or was the last 3 months a total waste thanks to mold?


Room temp hovers from 70-75 degrees and the humitity gets as low as the high 40s and never higher than 55.

haha I was doing that while waiting for an answer and out of all the pics I seen, my buds look nothing like it just extra white. Im gonna keep an eye on it for the next couple of days but I think im good to go.

As for the pictures I dont have a decent enough camera for good pics and they always come out a little blurred.

Do you have a loupe? look at it under magnification - if you see trichomes, it's fine, if you see something that looks like(i was told that mold looks like) a bunch of fibers going in different directions or something...just if you see anything other than trichomes I do not suggest smoking it...
