pics showing problem all on 3 plants, please help im worried

not sure is this is calcium deficiency or septoria, three plants that are around about 4weeks old have symptoms but not the 4th young plant. I appreciate your help thanks.

lol looks like splash damage man try not to get your water on the leaves if the leaf is wet and gets under high intencity light the water magnifies aand burns the shit out of them lol
