About 3 years ago my 2nd eldest stepson moved back in with us for a bit and brought his female pit bull.. I was worried honestly how my Roxy dog would take it at the time.. having 2 alpha dogs in the house...

I was not worried about the pit at all.. I knew Roxy will tango with the best of em..

the obligatory "how/who YOU doing" smell..

and the bigger dog knows her place.. Roxy WINS!

2 video's all less then 30 sec's My new puppy finds a large jumping spider and thinks she is gonna win the fight.. spider has some chutzpah and comes out unscathed after several attempts by the puppy to eat and to squish it..

1st one shows her acting like she found a new toy..

spider does something like release hairs into her at one point 9 sec mark
( Dillon the older smarter puppy sniffs it and avoids it..)


she learns and gives up

I love those jumping spiders. I have started to put them in my pots and they are tearing up any fungus gnats coming close to my plants lol. I had no good use for them last season. But now I know they can be very useful.

My dog use to do that too, but she would do it on her back. If you stopped rubbing her belly she would start swatting at you, if you still didn't do anything then she would get up and shove her face into your hand and put it on top of her head. Then once you started petting the top of her head, she would flop back down on her back for more belly rub.. she would do this for hours..

I miss her =(

dachshund /terrier is what we were told.. she's a handful she has learned to grab hold of Roxy's back leg to make Roxy play fight..Roxy hates it.. she does it to the Husky mix we have too.. he's too kind to her.. she is a fiesty bitch to him too..
