I never pictured you as a bald man. What a trip!
I started shaving my head over a decade ago. Once the hair started to go I got rid of it. Wasn't going to be one of those guys that went around wearing a ballcap or doing the combover to hide their hair loss. I don't miss having hair one bit. I get looks and smiles from the ladies whenever I'm out in public. Some just love a bald guy. Plus I'm good looking with or without hair.

After dropping trees & all the clean up my back stiffened up and I couldn't even put on socks - horrible pain.
Saw the VA Phys Therapist & he put me on a "traction table" - I feel like a new man, the pain is all but gone!
I have one of those inversion tables you flip back and hang from. A five minute hang once or twice a day has done wonders for the back pain and stiffness I used to suffer from. I still feel it from strenuous activity and it takes me longer to recover than it used to but that inversion has really helped out. Some people don't like them but the only thing I don't like about it is the space it takes up.

I have visions of getting stuck upside down and my head exploding from all the blood rushing to it.

Yup it works great for increasing perfusion, disc retraction, over all mobility and pain relief.
