hi @robincnn ,are these the cooliance 160mm ?
How hot does Tc gets after a while ?
It seems the 1.4a driver is puling 1.5 amps at max setting ?
thanx, it looks very nice and cool:D:bigjoint:
Thanks, these are 140mm. Not cooliance . Tested for 500+hrs, Tambient around 70F-76F, Vero 29 Tcase stays around 51C-55C.
Yes the HLG-120-1400A driver is giving about 1.5A. HLG-12-1400B might give 1.5A if there Dim+ and Dim- are open.

From Vero 29 DS. cooler cob=more flux

I'm running at 83* F or 28* C with passive cooling,
For non anodized heatsink, put a black tape or use black sharpie on measuring spot, otherwise lower reading due to low emmisivity of non anodized Al.

ill post this here too, cuz im pretty proud of how its turning out. its still in progress, but should be functional very soon.
what you are looking at is a 4 axis light mover for 32 (soon to be 40) cxb3590 @1050ma. Z axis is controlled by a harbor freight wench ($79) plus some pulleys.
the x axis will be controlled by a "Scotch and Yoke" mechanism. and the Y axis is still in the brain storm stage. the 4th axis is a tilt axis handled by some $10 lazy susans from lowes. Im thinking tiny linear actuator for this unnecessary axis. but 4 is better than 3 right.

Clean and sexy setup. 3 questions Growmau5 if I may.

1) What is your grow space size?
2) At 32 Cob's what is the average ppdf?
3) At 40 Cob's what will be the ppdf?

Thanks

@Chronikool I was about to vape some herb and hit the sack, with a feeling of accomplishment. Clearly I got a long way to go. Please contact me if you would consider a trade. my setup for yours. I can sweeten the pot by throwing in a 1989 subaru brat.

@bassman999 Purplebuz is right on, its a quest dual 105 dehuey. supposedly its the most efficient in the world..@ 8.8 pints per kwh

@Matupitu
- 4x10 space for these cobs (10'8" x 12' room)
-i just put out a video measuring the par.
-ill put another one out with real numbers once the other 8 cobs get installed.

cheers
