Pictures with brown spotting???

So the first pic of my 3 week old under 3 100 watt cfls. I just transplanted from a dixie cup. Original soil was regular Miracle Grow for the dixie cup plug, but then added a 50/50 mix of Jiffy Organic and Miracle Grow with some perlite when I transplanted the day before yesterday.

NOW..I checked my water that is filtered with 2 dif testers...6.8-7 ph

So Im starting with a ph of 7 give or take
Im not worried about this plant in particular...all Im trying to do is get my soil and ph right for germination through the first transplant.

So this is what I found...Using the Organic Jiffy brand from Walmart with my 7 water...I got a reading from just the soil of 6.4 ph as seen in the picture give or take.

Straight 7 water and the Jiffy= 6.5

Is this ideal for the first 3 weeks of life until they get under my dimmable 600 watt and I transplant? I have HESI nutes ready to go.

well i have used mg potting mix many off times with no problems did not add any thing till flowering haveing great result big old buds

Well i have the one in the pic and another one that were done in MG that I plan on seeing through so e'll see how it goes. I plan on treating them just like the others. With love and care.
